We follow a five phase process through every interior design project that we construct. Ultimately reflecting our clients needs and lifestyle, we create clear communication through these steps in order to produce unique designs and outstanding results. ???

• Website Design

We have our Initial interview, discussing your design goals, wants & needs, budgeting, and timeline for your project.

Site Documentation. (Obtain scaled floor plans of the project spaces.)
Budget Analysis. (Develop project schedule and project budget.)
Interior Concept (Determined style color etc. preferences.)
(Determine feasibility of clients requirements and preparation for final program requirements.)

• Website Development

We now will present you with our initial design ideas for the desired goals of your project. In this step we will develop the style concept, measure the existing space to draft our initial floor plans, and figure out the initial selections for detail and materials and further touch base on your feedback and preferences.

Develop Interior Element/Layout & Approval (Develop preliminary space plans)
Details and Materials (Preliminary selection of interior finishes and equipment)
Contractor Selection.
Budget Review.

Depending on the scope of the project we will proceed with developing the complete space planning and layout of the plans. Finalize options for finishes, furniture, and details. We may meet with you several times to present the further refined selections and drawings.

Develop Layout. (Complete space plans and layout plans)
Coordinate Materials/ Details (Determine specifications of finishes and equipment )
Complete Drawings (Complete lighting plans, elevations and, sections)
Cost Estimate Review.

• Social Media

We will present our complete drawing sets whether it be lighting plans , elevations, details, ect. Once you like and approve our designs, we finalize all construction documents and begin purchasing. We act on your behalf in collecting estimates from contractors as needed.

Completing CAD Drawings (Prepare detail drawings and specifications for construction )
Complete Project Schedule. (Completed materials / appliance schedule)
